What clients have to say …

  • "Signing up to work with Sara is one of the best decisions I made on my health journey and it truly was a transformative experience. After hearing her on a podcast I instantly felt connected to her story. When you're trying to recover from long term trauma and chronic illness it's so reassuring to work with someone who has walked the walk. Sara just gets it. It's inspiring to be coached by someone who has overcome so many of their own personal struggles and can now hold so much space for her clients. During our time together we tackled so many different issues as her approach is so multi-faceted. Nothing was ever off the table and I felt safe to share everything with her. She introduced me to therapeutic models (in particular IFS) that allowed me to explore my trauma through a new lense. With gentle guidance she helped show me the way so I could do deeper work in my own time. I am truly grateful for her flexibility, knowledge and unwavering support even in between our booked sessions, nothing was ever too much. Sara's kind, spiritual and holistic approach makes way for deep healing and growth to blossom. I would highly recommend her coaching, so to anyone thinking about working with her - do it, you won't regret it."

It's not always easy doing this work but I am ALWAYS supported and held by Sara. She listens deeply, is incredibly insightful, and models caring for others in a truly meaningful way. I am so grateful for finding Sara and for finding myself more and more as she walks so gently and effectively beside me on this healing journey. She is a trustworthy confidant that deeply knows and understands how to help and heal the anxiety, depression, and issues of identity that have been with me since I was a small child."

  • "Sara was exactly was what I needed, and I didn’t even know it. I had no idea what I was walking into my first session, but I can’t fathom what my life would’ve been like for the last several months without her help and guidance. I’ve been able to understand myself in ways I never have before, and I’ve reached countless milestones in my personal growth and healing because of her. I couldn’t recommend any other coach more highly than Sara."

  • "When I started sessions with Sara I was in a crisis state of going through suicidality. So for the first several sessions, we spent most of the time stabilizing my mental state. After beautiful Sara’s help, I was able to stand up on my feet again. Sara always helped me to see the bigger picture which I couldn’t do by myself. She helped me to get out of the stuckness and showed me the light of hope. Sara has a good knowledge of IFS (internal family systems), and it was interesting to explore my parts at the sessions. I am truly grateful to Sara and her supportive coaching sessions."

  • "Sara has helped me to heal more than any other helping professional I have ever seen. This is a person who truly knows her stuff, understands relational trauma, and has a deep sense of empathy as well. She's incredible at guiding me through IFS sessions. These sessions have helped me learn to comfort my own parts, which has been and continues to be huge in my trauma recovery. I highly highly recommend Sara for anyone who's been through emotional abuse or emotional neglect. She has changed my life, and she continues to do so!"

  • "Having been through much trauma from my home life situation growing up, Sara has been a beacon of hope for me! From diving into my past tendencies to evaluating how my upbringing frames my personality, fears, and responses in the present to the IFS focused sessions, my emotional and mental wellbeing would not be the same without her. I have truly learned so much about others, myself, and environments around me through my sessions with Sara, as she is kind, comforting, genuine, and always so wise."

  • "I deal with the effects of C-PTSD. I freeze and get stuck moving forward in vulnerable situations. I have trouble with decision making and completing tasks and goals. For over a year, I have been working on and off with Sara as my Trauma Recovery Coach. I really like her perspectives and the way she ties pieces of information together so things make more sense. She is also good at picking up on keywords that lead to those a-ha moments of clarity. Sara keeps up to date on the effects of trauma and the various modalities one can use to help recover. I feel very safe with her in each session. Sara quietly and patiently holds space for me to work through and communicate my thoughts and feelings. Her openness and insightful listening skills have helped me to be more open and to see myself in a more positive perspective. Since working with Sara, I have been slowly moving past my blocks of trauma and getting some overdue tasks and goals accomplished. I am forever grateful for Sara’s wisdom, spirit, and support."

    Heal

Trauma often separates us from our own self, leaving us feeling disjointed. We exile parts of us we feel are “bad”, and shame hides us from seeing our own reflection. Through healing, you can have a mind, body, spirit connection that ushers in a new sense of self-agency and self-alignment.
